Hi! I’m Alysha. I enjoy working with clients to help them gain clarity in their career goals and then making these goals a reality. Whether you are having difficulty identifying what you would like to do, have questions regarding education and programs, making a career transition, struggling to find a job, or have lost enjoyment in your current employment I can help you address these concerns.
Our initial session together would be working to understand where you are at, understanding your needs, interests, skills, and values. From there we work together to create an action plan then follow through to achieve your goals. You bring your expertise to yourself and I will bring my knowledge of job search and navigating the employer world. We will work together to reach your goals.
I received my bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Ryerson University and am currently completing the Career Development Practitioner Program with George Brown College. In addition to my formal education, I have worked for many years in operations, recruitment, and HR, and managed many teams across multiple industries.
Since everyone is unique, I draw from a combination of my education and experience and will work with you to meet your specific needs. I would love to help you find a career and path that makes you happy.

Jane Keachie MSW, RSW
I hold a Master of Social Work from U of T, with a specialization in mental health, and I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
Before working as a therapist, I worked in various community settings, including supporting callers on a crisis line, working with women in a work skills program in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, and providing grief and bereavement counselling to individuals and groups.
Here at Bloor West Therapy, I work with adults (18+) on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, self-esteem issues, stress, trauma, family dynamics, relationship issues, ADHD, and grief.
One of my areas of focus is workplace mental health and navigating career challenges. I can support clients in better understanding contributing factors to job dissatisfaction and identifying changes that lead to a more rewarding career and work life.
I also have extensive experience working with young adults, and I particularly enjoy supporting clients during the transition into adulthood, such as navigating post-secondary education, first jobs, identity, and relationships with friends and family.
I use an integrative approach, drawing mainly from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and weaving in other approaches as needed, such as Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psycho-dynamic therapy. Along with my formal education at York University and the University of Toronto, I have completed specialized training in all the therapeutic modalities that I practice, including comprehensive foundational courses in EFT and CBT.
For me, the most important part of therapy is my relationship with the client. You’ll find that my style as a therapist is warm, curious, and approachable; I have a genuine interest in my clients and how they experience the world. My intention is for us to learn how to work together to explore your concerns and find ways to make meaningful changes.
I want clients to get the most out of therapy, which is why I combine pragmatic problem-solving with more exploratory work that allows us to look at how sense of self and understanding of the world is impacted by early and/ or difficult life experiences. I work with clients to increase their self-compassion and flexibility to meet life’s challenges.
If you are interested in working together, I welcome you to schedule a consultation with me.

Hi, I’m Stephanie (she/her). I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a decade of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have worked in corporate, community, and hospital settings – providing support to individuals, groups and organizations. In addition to therapy, I also offer supervision services to other therapists. I am a member and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
I work with youth (16+) and adults as they navigate the complexities of life. While I see clients with a wide variety of concerns, my areas of practice generally include the following: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, self-criticism/ perfectionism, emotional dysregulation, stress/burnout and transition to parenthood. Whatever brings you to therapy – I will meet you with care and support you in cultivating greater awareness, connection and compassion.
My approach is integrative, drawing from a number of different therapeutic modalities that I tailor to your unique needs and goals. Some of the modalities that I practice include Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Trauma-Informed Therapy, in addition to other mindfulness and compassion based approaches. I view the relationship we form together as the most important part of the therapeutic process, so it’s my top priority to create a space where you feel safe, seen and supported.
When working together, you can expect a warm, relaxed, non-judgmental and authentic approach, someone who will be in your corner throughout our time together. I approach my clients with genuine curiosity, humour, and a gentle challenge when needed. I balance support and validation with explorations of areas for change, and sessions will feel both exploratory (exploring your past, thoughts, feelings and behaviours) and skills based (to increase coping and support movement towards your goals).
It’s my goal to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe and supported. My hope is that throughout our time together, you will deepen your understanding of yourself, identify patterns and ways of being that are no longer serving you, and make lasting changes in line with your values.
I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to book an initial consult to see if I’m the right therapist for you.
